At Something Went Wrong, we believe fashion should be effortless even when things don't go as planned. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
